A 13-year-old boy driving a stolen car led police on a chase in Woodland, Northern California, causing a fatal crash that killed one person and injured several others. The boy was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and evading an officer causing injury.
The extent of the injuries is unknown, but the teen is expected to be booked at Yolo County Juvenile Hall after receiving medical treatment.
