
(PRESSREELS) Group BTS member Jin’s solo song ‘Moon’ has topped iTunes in 105 countries.
BTS Jin’s solo song “Moon,” a song from his fourth full-length album “MAP OF THE SOUIL:7,” has topped the iTunes Top Song Chart in 105 countries.
Jin’s “Moon” broke the solo B-side track record for the most number-one spot on iTunes in 105 countries.
It also set a tie record with “Black Swan” among MAP OF THE SOUIL:7 and became the third most number-one song on iTunes.
Among K-pop solo artists, it became the second-most-watched song on iTunes after V’s “Sweet Night” (115 countries).
The top songs in more than 100 countries on iTunes are five songs: BTS V’s ‘Itaewon Class’ OST ‘Sweet Night’, Adele’s ‘Hello’, BTS’s ‘Black Swan’, ‘Your Eyes Tell’ and ‘Moon’.
Meanwhile, Jin’s “Moon” was previously listed in the top five on “75 Greatest Boy Band Songs of All Time” by Rolling Stone, a U.S. music magazine.
Jin’s ‘Moon’ ranked fifth after The Jackson 5’s ‘I Want You Back’, N Sync’s ‘Bye, Bye, Bye,’ New Edition’s ‘Candy Girl’ and Backstreet Boys’ ‘I Want It That Way.’
