BTS member V topped the “IDOL GIF AWARDS” hosted by the Chinese portal site SINA Weibo
The “SINA Weibo K-WAVE Account” held a vote on the GIF image of K-pop idols from April 26 to May 29 under the theme of heartwarming expressions, beautiful faces and stage performance photos.
As a result, V topped the list with a combined score of 123,000 points, including retweets, comments and likes, beating 79,000 points in second place by an overwhelming margin.
Countless Chinese K-pop fans participated in the vote, recording more than 111,000 posts and more than 150 million views, which can be inferred the heat.

V topped the list in April with a total of 727,754 votes thanks to his overwhelming popularity of “Singularity” stage performance among the “five most legendary solo stages selected by Chinese netizens.”
