Eight Killed in Texas Mass Shooting, Including Three from One Family and Two Schoolgirls

Eight people were killed and seven injured in a mass shooting in Texas. Three victims were from one family and two were schoolgirls.

Eight people were killed and seven others were injured in a mass shooting at the Allen Premium Outlets in Texas. Among the victims were three members of the Cho family: Cindy, Kyu, and their 3-year-old son, James, while their 6-year-old son, William, is in the ICU.

The family was visiting the mall to exchange clothes William had received for his birthday four days prior. Additionally, two students of Cox Elementary School in Sachse, Daniela Mendoza, aged 11, and her 8-year-old sister, Sofia, were killed in the shooting.

Their mother, Ilda Mendoza, was also shot and is currently in critical condition. The community is mourning the loss of these individuals and the tragedy has deeply impacted those who knew them.
