“Gayo Plaza” Apink expressed its feelings about topping the charts.
KBS Cool FM’s “Jung Eun-ji’s K-pop Square,” which aired on Friday, featured girl group Apink, who made a comeback as a full group after a year and three months.
Apink released its ninth mini-album “LOOK” at 6 p.m. on Wednesday. Its title track “Dumhdurum” topped five major music charts — Melon, Genie, Bugs, Soribada and Naver Music — as of 11 p.m. to achieve the local chart “All Kill.”
“Dumbdurum” is a dance song that expresses “a calm heart before a departed love,” featuring addictive chorus and melody.
On the same day, DJ Eun-ji reported the news of “All Kill,” the No. 1 music chart, and said, “Nam Joo didn’t take her eyes off the chart.”
Nam Joo said, “I thought it wasn’t easy. I was so moved by the fact that I entered the seventh place,” he said, adding, “I was so moved by the moment I got first place, so I posted it to his room. I’m just thankful that something miraculous happened,” he said.
Cho-rong also said, “I said I would “take the first place” when the ranking went up, but the moment I got the first place, we cried together.”
Meanwhile, Apink is a 10-year girl group that made a comeback with its new song “Dumhdurum” on April 13, topping all music charts.
