Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Seeks Public’s Help in Locating Suspect in Fatal Beating

Homicide detectives in Los Angeles County are searching for Miguel Angel Zavaleta, a suspect who allegedly beat a man to death outside a convenience store in Huntington Park. The victim was apparently attacked unprovoked and suffered blunt-force trauma to his upper torso. Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating the suspect, who has been described as a 29-year-old Hispanic man.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a suspect who allegedly beat a man to death outside a convenience store in Huntington Park.

Homicide detectives are investigating the case after the victim, a man in his 60s, was found dead with blunt-force trauma to his upper torso. Officials believe the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Miguel Angel Zavaleta, attacked the victim seemingly unprovoked, kicking and punching him during the assault.
