Barricade situation ends with no suspect found in high-end West Hollywood apartment complex. Suspect is a “person of interest” and deputies are searching for him. A woman was injured after the suspect fired five rounds from inside the building.
Hours of attempts to remove the suspect from the unit were unsuccessful. When the authorities finally entered the apartment, they found it empty with no sign of the suspect, but his pets were inside. The reason for the situation is still unclear.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about the case is asked to call detectives at LASD’s Hollywood Station.
