Teen Killed in Intentional Car Crash Near California High School

A 15-year-old boy died and three others were injured in a car crash near a high school in California. The driver may have targeted the students intentionally and is wanted for a previous stabbing incident. The community is mourning the loss and a GoFundMe has been created to cover the funeral expenses.

Community mourns after a 15-year-old boy was killed when a suspect drove into a group of high school students in Thousand Oaks. The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call near Westlake High School around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

The other three students who were hit, including another 15-year-old boy, a 14-year-old girl, and a 16-year-old girl, were taken to nearby hospitals. The suspect, 24-year-old Austin Eis, may have intentionally run over the students.

Before the deadly crash, Eis was wanted in connection with a stabbing incident at a Walmart in Simi Valley and a possible domestic violence incident in the Camarillo area.
