Three Detained in Connection with Double Stabbing Near Los Angeles High School

Three individuals have been detained in connection with a double stabbing near Los Angeles High School. Two teenage boys were stabbed in a fight involving six to ten people. The suspects were not students at the school, and one was arrested for allegedly being in possession of a firearm. The Los Angeles Unified School District is working with law enforcement to ensure campus safety and provide mental health support to those in need. The investigation is ongoing.

The two victims are aged 15 and 16, with only one of them being a student at LAHS. The detained individuals are two boys aged 14 and 17, and a third person whose age and gender was not disclosed. The 17-year-old was arrested for allegedly possessing a firearm.

The LAUSD Superintendent assured the school community that safe passages to and from school will be provided.
