Tiger Woods accused of sexual harassment by ex-girlfriend in new court filing

Erica Herman, Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend, claims her non-disclosure agreement should be void due to sexual misconduct by Woods while she was his employee.

Tiger Woods has been accused of sexual harassment by his ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, who signed a non-disclosure agreement in 2017. In a recent court filing, Herman says the NDA should be invalidated due to Woods’ alleged sexual misconduct towards her.

Woods is accused of pursuing a sexual relationship with Herman while she worked as a waitress at his restaurant in Florida, and then forcing her to sign the NDA or lose her job. Herman and Woods have been involved in an ongoing legal battle, with Herman claiming she had a verbal agreement to live at Woods’ residence for five years but was locked out of the home. Herman is seeking $30m in damages.
