The company is reducing its workforce to maintain operations at its current run-rate. The City of Long Beach is hosting Rapid Response Sessions to help those laid off find new jobs. The sessions will provide information on filing for unemployment insurance, resume assistance, career counseling, skills training, and affordable healthcare.

The city’s Department of Economic Development is also planning an emergency job fair.
