West Hollywood Shooting Suspect in Custody After Nine-Hour Standoff

A man who allegedly shot a woman and caused a nine-hour standoff in West Hollywood is now in custody. Joshua Findley, 31, is accused of firing five rounds from inside the Dylan Apartments, with two bullets hitting the woman next door.

The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. After entering the suspect’s apartment, deputies found no one inside but discovered Findley’s pets. He was arrested on Tuesday for illegal possession of a firearm and a parole violation.
