Country music icon Dolly Parton has announced her latest musical project – a rock album, featuring 30 songs, including 9 original tracks and 21 classic rock anthems. The album, called “Rockstar”, will include collaborations with legendary artists like Elton John, Lizzo, Miley Cyrus, Sting, and more. Parton will debut the lead single “World on Fire” at the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards on May 11th, where she will host the event alongside Garth Brooks. Parton was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2021, and withdrew her name from the nomination in 2022.
