The company is offering a full refund to consumers who purchased the product between August 2018 and June 2019 from Target stores nationwide and its website or between January 2019 and November 2021 from ridejetson.com.

Specific instructions must be followed when submitting photos for a full refund, and proper disposal of the battery is required due to its unique handling requirements.
