San Fernando Police have announced the arrest of a suspect who was caught on video attacking and robbing a 69-year-old man outside of Ziggy’s Market. Edgar Flores, 31, was apprehended on March 20, just days after the incident occurred.
The disturbing video footage shows Flores attempting to steal a bag from the victim’s hand before becoming violent and attacking the man, ultimately rendering him unconscious. Thankfully, employees of the market were quick to respond and chased the suspect away.
