(PRESSREELS) Actress Kwon Min-ah (27), who claimed to have been bullied by leader Jimin (29) during her girl group AOA activities, said that Jimin visited and apologized shortly after the revelation.

Kwon Min-ah posted a lengthy message on her social networking service (SNS) on July 4 that all members of AOA came to talk to her and that Jimin apologized to her.

She wrote, “Jimin first came in angry, so I was dumbfounded. During a scuffle with me, Jimin asked me where the knife was and asked me if I should die.”

“I kept talking about what happened to her and Jimin couldn’t remember well,” he said without hiding his upset feelings, “Anyhow, she apologized to me and sent her home.”

However, Kwon Min-ah said, “To be honest, I didn’t see you coming to make a sincere apology,” adding, “It could be my inferiority complex and I was so angry with my sister that I might have tried to watch it.”

“I can’t say anything because you may have been sincere,” he said. “I will try to calm down and receive treatment steadily, so I won’t make such a fuss like this anymore. I’m so sorry,” he apologized.

Kwon Min-ah posted several posts on social media the previous day, causing controversy by specifically mentioning the circumstances in which Jimin harassed her during her AOA activities.

Claiming that Jimin caused him to leave the AOA and even attempted to make an extreme choice, he wrote, “A word of sincere apology in front of me, I think that’s enough.”

According to Kwon’s agency, he was previously being treated for depression and panic disorder. “She is currently taking a rest in search of stability,” an official from the agency said. “She promised not to post any more comments on social media regarding this incident.”

Although Kwon Min-ah said she received an apology from Jimin, comments criticizing Jimin’s apology have been posted on her personal SNS.

Jimin’s agency, FNC Entertainment, has not made any position regarding the issue.
