Ariana Grande will take Nick Jonas´s place in the NBC popular survival show “The Voice” on season 21. After Nick Jonas made people fall in love with his positive energy by coaching throughout seasons 18 and 20, the public’s reaction was still way too positive when the “Thank you, next” performer posted on social media that she will be sitting on the red big chair along with Kelly Clarkson, John Legend and Blake Shelton.
Ariana Grande expressed how happy she is by saying “I am so honored and excited to join The Voice family. I can’t wait to go head-to-head with the incredible coaches, get to know these new artists and help to take their craft to the next level”.
Also, let’s remember that this won’t be the first time she will be appearing on “The Voice”. She already performed once with Christina Aguilera during the Season 16 finale.
And for Nick Jonas´ lovers, do not worry. Ariana Grande taking his place does not necessarily mean that he is forever leaving the show. A source said that he will remain on rotation with other artists that have appeared on the show. Many other stars that disappear make big returns to the set, even when the coaching seasons are not consecutive. Therefore, put on a big smile because there is a big chance that he will come back!
At the moment the release date for season 21 of “The Voice” is unknown, but season 20 is still going on every Monday and Tuesday at 8:00 pm EST on NBC. Therefore, go and grab your favorite snack and pick your favorite spot on the sofa to support all the new talents that give their all during their performances.
