LOTTE CHILSUNG announced on May 14 that it has selected K-pop star BTS as its flagship carbonated beverage chilsung Cider model.
BTS is a new model of Chilsung Cider, which marks its 70th anniversary this year, and will carry out various marketing activities over the next year.
The first teaser video modeled on BTS will be released on Lotte Chilsung Beverage’s official SNS channel at 7:07 p.m. on May 15, meaning it is a new meeting between seven stars symbolizing the 70th anniversary of the chilsung Cider and seven BTS members celebrating their seventh anniversary of their debut.
LOTTE CHILSUNG will introduce the newly released Chilsung Cider unripe green tangerine and peach flavors through teaser and main advertisement featuring BTS.
A LOTTE CHILSUNG official said, “BTS, which has grown into one of the world’s top artists, will breathe new life into the brand image of Chilsung Cider, which has been giving consumers a thrilling sense of refreshment for 70 years,” adding, “We expect the new Chilsung Cider product, Unripe Green Tanger, and peach, to create a new wind in the carbonated beverage market.”
