It was reported that G-Dragon of Big Bang moved into an ultra-high-priced apartment.
Some media reported on the 26th that G-Dragon moved into ‘NINE ONE HANNAM’ located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
According to the media report, G-Dragon lives in Galleria Foret in Seongsu-dong. He is said to have moved here, and his residence is known as the penthouse. Bae Yong-joon and Jang Yoon-jung will also move into the building, according to the media.
G-Dragon also revealed photos taken on his cat and terrace on his Instagram on Saturday, as well as the interior of the house that features a sensuous interior.
Meanwhile, Nine One Hannam, G-Dragon’s new home, is a super-high-end apartment built on the site of a foreigner’s apartment in Hannam, with a total of 335 households moving in. The conversion price for new apartments is reported to be 61 million won per 35.5248 sqft, 4.575 billion won for the exclusive area of 2228.3715 sqft, 5.43 billion won for the 2626.6794 sqft and 9 billion won for the penthouse (2626.6794 sqft).
