Netflix presents a live-action film of the world-famous animated film Gundam. According to Engadget and other foreign media, Sunrise, the Japanese animation production company that first created the Gundam series, is currently eager to produce a Gundam live-action version. The megaphone for this work is scheduled by director Jordan Vogt-Roberts, who directed the movie ‘Kong: Skull Island.’ The cast and release date information of the film has not been disclosed yet. However, it is known that the screenplay for this work will be written by Brian K. Vaughan, who is considered one of the most famous cartoonists in the United States while working in Marvel and DC.
The live-action Gundam film will be released on Netflix worldwide, excluding China. Unlike other countries, in China, Legendary is responsible for the distribution of live-action Gundam movies.
