YG‘s rookie TREASURE has proven its global popularity even before its debut.
According to the latest chart (May 30) released by Billboard on the 27th (local time), Treasure ranked 40th on the “Social 50” chart.
This adds to the surprise that it entered the ‘Social 50’ chart in the fastest time among K-pop groups. In particular, it also means that Treasure is loved by fans all over the world, even though it has yet to make an official debut.
Treasure, which has confirmed its debut in July, is a 12-member boy band. Above all, they are attracting attention as YG‘s next-generation group following BIGBANG, WINNER and iKON, and plan to release their new songs three times from July to the end of this year.
In addition, Treasure presents a variety of video contents and meets global fans more closely with video contents such as “T-TALK,” “Treasure Map,” “TMI,” “Fact Check,” and “Three Minutes Treasure.”
Despite not making his debut, Treasure is expected to show solid performance amid global music fans’ interest.
