Donald Trump’s U.S. administration has reportedly begun pushing for the establishment of a new semiconductor plant in the U.S. on 11th.
In addition to establishing new plants for Intel and other U.S. semiconductor companies, the Trump administration is also reportedly considering bringing plants such as South Korea’s Samsung Electronics Co. and Taiwan’s TSMC Co., which mainly produces system semiconductors, to the U.S.
According to the WSJ, officials in the Trump administration have already begun discussions with Intel on building new plants in the U.S.
