According to CNN and other major broadcasters, Rick Bright, who was director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Bureau under the Ministry of Health and Welfare and was transferred to the National Institutes of Health last month, attended a hearing hosted by the House Energy and Trade Committee’s Health Subcommittee and claimed, “The Trump administration lacked preparation for Corona 19 and did not take important measures in time.”
