Following the recent announcement that Big Hit Entertainment and Naver will create a platform that integrates Weverse and V Live, it was reported that Universal Music Group may join the platform. BeNX and Universal Music Group will likely establish a joint venture in the U.S.

As a result, artists from Universal Music are highly likely to enter the new platforms of BeNX and Naver. Universal Music Group has many global artists, including Kanye West, Drake, The Weeknd, Post Malone, Maroon5, Taylor Swift, and others. If the joint project is successful, Weverse will evolve from a platform centered on existing K-POP artists to a global artist platform.
