BLACKPINK "How You Like That" - Music Video has Surpassed 300 Million Views

(PRESSREELS) BLACKPINK’s ‘How You Like That’ music video set another K-pop shortest record on YouTube.

According to YG Entertainment on July 17, the music video for BLACKPINK’s first full-length album title “How You Like That” surpassed 300 million views on YouTube at 6:11 p.m.

This is the first record in 21 days since it was released at 6 p.m. on the 26th. Less than a month ago, 300 million views at such an early date are unprecedented throughout the entire K-pop music video.

BLACKPINK was also responsible for the shortest K-pop music video record, which reached 300 million views. It was 4 hours and 53 minutes on the 32nd when Black Pink’s “Kill This Love” was set, and the music video for “How You Like That” advanced it by 11 days.

With the choreography video for “How You Like That” also nearing 100 million views, the number of subscribers to BLACKPINK’s YouTube channel is rapidly increasing. The number of subscribers to BLACKPINK’s YouTube channel, which boasts a total of 19 billion view videos, has increased by about 4 million since the release of “How You Like That,” and is currently the largest single channel for K-pop artists at more than 41.8 million.

The performance on the global chart was even greater. “How You Like That” broke the K-pop girl group’s highest ranking, first entering the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart and the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Chart at No. 20 and No. 33, respectively. In addition, it topped iTunes in 64 countries, including the U.S., and ranked second on the Spotify Global Top 50 chart, the world’s largest music streaming service, to achieve the highest ranking in K-pop history.
