On Wednesday, during a visit to Bradford College, the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, responded to speculations regarding a fourth child.
A fan asked her if she wants to expand her family, and she replied, “I don’t think William wants any more”.
That fan was Josh Macpalce and said that he sent the royal couple cards congratulating them on the birth of the three children. Josh is autistic and has DiGeorge syndrome.
The Duchess went down to bent on him and hugged him, he was opening out his arms to her. She gladly told him, “Thank you for the hug”.
Prince William, 37 years old, and Duchess Kate, 38 years old, are children to Prince George, six years old, Princess Charlotte, four years old, and Prince Louis, who will be 2 in April.
Many are expecting that Kate will be having another fourth child in the family. In February last year, she gave a hint that she was feeling “broody” as she met a 5-month-old baby during their tour in Northern Ireland. She wasn’t able to resist the little one, James Barr, and came up to his dad and said, “He’s gorgeous. It makes me feel broody.” Whereas telling James, “You’re an adorable little boy.”
Alan asked the Kate Middleton, “baby number 4?”. Kate just laughed and replied, “I think William would be a little worried.”
Kate was proud to tell about Louis’ balancing skills. While visiting the grandparents and babies’ group, she joined them sang along with the group.
Jo Broadbent, a grandmother to a 6-year-old child, chatted with Kate and said, “I asked how her children were. She told Louis had started to speak to her ‘he’s balancing,’ and she said it was adorable to see him turning into a little boy from being a baby. She’s very proud of her children.”
During the visit, the royal couple seemed to be in good spirits in spite of the exit of Prince Harry and Meghan. It was last week when the couple made a shocking announcement to the public.
The Queen made a statement last Monday – “Today my family had very constructive discussions on the future of my grandson and his family, my family and I are entirely supportive of Harry and Meghan’s desire to create a new life as a young family. Although we would have preferred them to remain full-time working members of the royal family, we respect and understand their wish to live a more independent life as a family while remaining a valued part of my family.”
It continued, “Harry and Meghan have made clear that they do not want to be reliant on public funds in their new lives. It has therefore been agreed that there will be a period of transition in which the Sussexes will spend time in Canada and the U.K.”
The Queen added, “These are complex matters for my family to resolve, and there is some more work to be done, but I have asked for final decisions to be reached in the coming days.”
Despite drama in the royal family, Prince William and Kate, kept their royal duties fulfilled.
