Netflix has released the official trailer for the new original drama ‘Monster.’ The film, based on a 1999 novel of the same name by Walter Dean Myers, deals with the process of a high school honor student in Harlem, a 17-year-old who likes photography, and a 17-year-old boy Steve Harmon, arrested for felony murder and fighting in court.
The general producers of the work were artists Nas, John Legend and Jeffrey Wright, directed by Anthony Mandler. Nas and Jeffrey Wright also appear in their own works. Other actors include A$AP Rocky, Jennifer Hudson, John David Washington, and Jharrel Jerome. The trailer video can be viewed at the top of the article. The work will be released on Netflix on May 7th.
