Pharrell Williams posted on Instagram about his cousin who was shot and killed by the police.
On March 30, Pharrell Williams shared a picture of her cousin Donovon Lynch, saying, “Cousin Donovan died in a firefight. Our family and other victims’ families must obtain the transparency, honesty, and justice they deserve. Virginia Beach as a community will overcome this and overcome this incident and go stronger.”
Pharrell Williams’ post deals with a firefight on Virginia Beach’s shores on Friday, March 26th.
Police Commissioner Paul Neudigate, who is in charge of the case, announced in an announcement that “Donovon Lynch was shot and killed by a policeman investigating the firefight.”
According to a police statement, the officer in charge found a firearm in the area where the shooting took place, claiming that Donovon Lynch had a pistol at the time.
Meanwhile, Police Commissioner Paul Neudigate added that the policeman who fired at Donovon Lynch was wearing a body camera, but it was not filmed for ‘unknown reasons.’ The policeman who shot Donovon Lynch is currently on administrative leave.
