Disney+ will air its original series CASINO, which may star Heo Sung-tae and Kim Joo-ryeong, actors who played Deok-su and Mi-nyeo in Squid Game

Heo Sung-tae and Kim Joo-ryeong, who played Deok-su and Mi-nyeo in the Netflix original series “Squid Game“, might reunite in the new series produced by Disney Plus. According to various media outlets, “Casino”, directed by Kang Yoon-sung, will be aired as an original series on Disney+. The practical production would start in February. It is reported that this new series would feature various renowned Korean actors, including Kim Joo-ryeong, Lee Dong-hwi, Cho Jae-yoon, Choi Min-sik, and Heo Sung-tae.

“Casino” is a drama series written and directed by Kang Yoon-sung, a recognized director for his work “The Outlaws”. It will depict a turbulent life of a man who gains a huge success by gambling. It will be produced in a total of 16 episodes, and the release date is not announced yet. Casino is being noted for starring Choi Min-sik, who will be featured in a drama-type work for the first time in about 26 years.
