Beyoncé to offer $5K grants to people facing eviction

(PRESSREELS) Beyoncé’s charity foundation, BeyGOOD, announced plans to offer $5,000 grants to 100 individuals and families facing evictions in January.
BeyGOOD said that “This holiday season, while many are stressed with what they will do next regarding their housing, we are proud to share some GOOD news,” in a statement on Tuesday.

Participants are required to submit their documents to the NAACP after the application process opens on Jan 7. The grants will go to 100 selected people in that month. Another round will begin in February.

She has shared her heart with providing community members with food, water, household supplies, COVID testing, and mental health support.
