BTS was honored with the “Special International Music Award” at the 62nd Japan Record Awards.
BTS won the Special International Music Award at the 62nd Japan Record Awards, which was broadcast live on TBS on the 30th, and expressed its feelings through the video. Meanwhile, BTS ranked third with 658,882 sales of “MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 ~ THE JOURNEY~” in the album ranking section of the Oricon chart “Sales by Works” released on the 25th. On the chart, “MAP OF THE SOUL: 7” and “BE” ranked fifth and 16th, respectively. A total of four albums, including “SKOOL LUV AFFAIR SPECIAL ADDITION,” ranked 89th, were ranked in the top 100. BTS also ranked second in the “Artist-specific Sales” category, which combines sales of singles, albums, streaming, and DVDs, and ranked seventh with “Dynamite” in the “streaming ranking.”
