The release date of [Certified Lover Boy], scheduled for Drake’s next full album, is still unknown. However, Drake is still building his record without prior notice for his album. According to Chart Data, Drake’s most recently released EP album [Scary Hours 2], the biggest hit song “What’s Next,” sold more than 1 million units in the US less than two months after its release.
This song was released in early March. The music video for “What’s Next” uploaded to YouTube has exceeded 27 million views.
“What’s Next” debuted at No. 1 on the “Billboard Hot 100” chart. This put Drake at No. 8 in his career and has remained above 20 since its release. Meanwhile, [Scary Hours 2] featuring “What’s Next” includes “Wants and Needs” featuring Lil Baby and “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” featuring Rick Ross. After its release, there was a story behind the original Rod Wave in “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” that it was supposed to feature.
However, Drake has not yet disclosed any information regarding the disclosure of [Certified Lover Boy]. It seems that the ‘release in April’ promised to Akademiks will not be kept.
